Boo Buffalo Wild WIngs

BW3 is my absolute favorite restaurant of all time. I LOVE their wings. I ate there almost once a week. It come to my attention that everything in their restaurant has some gluten in it. SO atlas I can no longer eat there. So more poor hubby will no longer get his wings.

I have heard the company does not care about us GF people. I wonder if they realize that my whole family will not eat somewhere that I can't.

I am a mom with Celiac

Just learning that I am Celiac has almost been enlightening and invigorating. I have three children. I am waiting to have them tested for Celiac or some kind of Gluten disorder. So for the moment, I am the only on in the house of five on a gluten free diet. At times, it is completely frustrating. It has limited where we can go to eat.

So there is a certain amount of guilt and a sense of loss. I plan on making the best out of it and learn to live with my disease.
